What You need to do FIRST.



First Things First.
The first thing you need to understand and embrace is that this is NOT a get rich quick scheme. Nothing worth having is ever FREE.  Nothing worth doing is ever EASY...However, it is a simple plan.  A blueprint that has been laid out for you to follow. If you will work your business  - it will work for you!

Lets Create a 90 day Plan of Action!

The biggest reason people fail at any thing is that they never really take action. The first 90 days in any new business is critical and will usually set the tone for the success most people will have in their business. If you get off to a good start, you will increase your chance of success greatly.

Important Key: Plug into the training provided here, by your sponsor and by your PowerTeam leader. Always go UPline for help. Continually striving to be the best is how you become the best. Go for it! (If you have already been in the business for 90 days - let's just start again as if today was your First day!)

Make a COMMITMENT
Most people that have really made it BIG in this industry will tell you, for them, it came down to one thing that made the difference between success and failure: They made a decision and commitment to get it done. All it takes is one decision. A decision that enough is enough and things are going to start changing for you TODAY. You have taken a great step by joining us but there is still more to do.

Right now go to your calendar and write on today's date: "Today is the day that I committed to my business and decided no more excuses."

By No More Excuses it will mean:      
*Failure and Quitting are not options!       
*Success is the ONLY acceptable result.     
*The Naysayers and DreamStealers will not stand in your way.      
*You and your family deserve success and financial freedom.

Decide to CHANGE YOUR FUTURE and BE THE BEST AT WHAT YOU DO!
Work it with your PowerTeam leader and begin to find success!

NOW...
Have Your Grand Opening!

  • Make a List of EVERYONE you know.
  • Call them, email them and send them your business card letting them know you have a business!
  • Plan your Grand Opening with your PowerTeam Leader.
  • Send out invites to your Grand Opening via Snail Mail 2weeks before your set date. Remember to ALWAYS invite TWICE as many as you want to show up.
  • Call to make sure they got your Invite 1 week before the party and confirm.
  • Make sure to keep the Decor and Food Simple. I needs to be duplicatable!
  • Have alot of FUN!

Set realistic goals and find your "Why":

1. This is a 2– 5 five year success journey.
    (2-5 year success grid).

2. This is not a perfect business. Things will go wrong.

3. People quit, not on you, but on themselves.

4. There will be some days that you could almost swear that someone called a special meeting and said, "Today we have called this meeting to do everything that we can possibly do to put you out of business, make you cry and make you quit." You may even say to yourself  “Let me just be average, go back to my average routine, my average job, just give me my average pay and let me enjoy my average life.” Then, remember your "WHY"...Let it drive you!
Stepping Stones to your Success
For you to succeed in any activity, there must be DAILY practice: Things you do on a regular basis to enhance your performance. Just the same in any successful business there needs to be daily routines that you adhere to optimize your business performance; creating success.

There are several things that I do regularly: DAILY.
  1. Talk to at least 5 people a day - No matter what.
  2. Hand out at least 1 DVD a day - No matter what.
  3. Hand out 10-20 Business Cards per day - No matter what.
  4. Watch the Saturday Morning Leadership Show in your back office at 11AM Central Time on Saturday Mornings
  5. Get on the Team Call every Monday Night at 8:30pm central time
    • Call in a few minutes before the call and have a paper and pen ready to take down notes if need be.

    • Remember those who show up - go up!
Being new you will want to begin by doing basics in your business. Start at the beginning:
  1. Watch the new DVD and become familiar with its format.
  2. Get on as many conference calls as you can.  See our schedule in TOOLS.
  3. Go to as many Business Opportunity meetings as possible.
  4. Attend as many "Team" meetings as possible.  These meetings are led by seasoned  successful leaders. Do not miss out on a moment with someone who has gone before you.  You can take advantage of the fact that they have made the mistakes and know what works and what doesn't. They have paved the way. Follow a good leader.
  5. Use this Team Website often.  This is the chance for you to get into the meat of the business on your own time. You can use this website whenever it is convenient for you to learn. Use it for your benefit.  That is why it was created.
Using this Team Website:
  • Send your new Team membes to the website and tell them to use the NEW Team Member  tab and the TOOLS tab.
  • The TOOLS tab connects you with audio, video, and so much more for you to learn about your business. You will want to spend alot of time there in TOOLS.
  • The TRAVEL RESOURCE tab has fantastic stuff for you to learn about travel...how to book it and how to make great money from it. Do not miss it.  You can learn about CLIA and IATA and more!! This is also where you can learn about First Class Training.

Last but not least...
